TIS has built an automated pipe spool manufacturing workshop in Jubail-2 with the same spirit on an incredible field of 50,000 M 2. (Opposite to SADARA Project).

This shop has been equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure most efficient & consistently good quality of Pipe Spool Fabrication services covering High Speed Auto Cutting, Auto Beveling as well as Auto Welding with up to Pipe Size of 60”.

TIS is proud to diversify among others companies in the area and provide exclusive services for Automatic Pipe Spool manufacturing up to a size of 60″ piping while this auto shop has an overall production potential of more than 2,500 DI / day and covers all wall thicknesses and welding material forms including CS, SS, AS, Duplex,… and so on .

This shop is run by an experienced and trained team of professionals with computerized communication systems who constantly combine the monitoring and reporting of production activities in conjunction with customer standards & expectations from IFC drawings and the supply of final spools to customers

Additionally, there are separate allocated areas for the subsequent Piping activities in the workshop:

• Fully controlled & well developed Sand Blasting & Painting Area
