This is yet another service in our portfolio & we are continuously working towards development of new services in-house to reduce our reliance on 100% outsourcing, which is in-line with the guide line provided under Vision 2030.
TMCOMAS is specialized in delivering 3R Services (i.e. Repair, Refurbish and Reverse Engineering) & actively serving in Petrochemical, Chemical, Polymers, Fertilizer and Metal Industries since past 6 decades.
Through our joint collaboration, we will offer latest Technology to undertake Industrial Services covering but not limited to the following:
- Reconditioning & Manufacturing of parts from rotary and dynamic equipment of large and small dimensions.
- Repair large scale rotary machine critical parts, such as rotors, compressors, impellers and gear boxes.
- Performing partial repairs on shafts, pistons or perform a complete recladding plus high speed balancing.
- Through our Workshop back in Spain, we carry out hardening processes by applying HVOF powder projection, Plasma projection plus Laser Cladding. Such a combination outperforms the hardness of current solutions, rendering in longer operation cycles for your machines and a better cost-effective maintenance planning thus cutting on your OPEX.
